Taxes Applicable


1. Within Tamil Nadu VAT 12.5% applicable

2. Other states Against C Form 4% if not 10.5%(Without C Form)

3. Export order Against H-Form Taxes not applicable.

          — If not,10% of the invoice value has to be included in                 the DD covering the invoice value

          — Delivery – EX- factory Coimbatore.

 

Kindly note - the following procedures are followed:

  1. Only written orders ( E-Mail/Fax/Telegram/Postal ) will be despatched.
  2. Cash & Carry.
  3. Only DD will be accepted. NOTE: No par cheques.
  4. Orders will be despatched only on receipt of DD.
  5. Payments are to be made by DD taken infavour of M/S.LINGAM & CO, Coimbatore payable at any NATIONALISED BANK at Coimbatore.
  6. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO FLUCTUATION
  7. During RATE changes, the DATE on the DD will be taken into consideration
  8. Goods once sold cannot be taken back.
  9. Since the validity of the product is valid for 180 days, no expiry goods will be exchanged or taken back.
  10. FREIGHT - TO PAY
